The new myCadillac Mobile Application allows Cadillac owners to connect to the assistance they need-when they need it. With just a few keystrokes, owners can schedule a service appointment, find their nearest Cadillac dealer, summon Roadside Assistance and more. In addition, owners of 2011 Cadillac models (except STS) can add even more service benefits by downloading the OnStar MyLink Application. This app enables them to receive updates on key vehicle operating systems. It also allows their Smart Phone to function as a remote key fob so that they can lock, unlock and start their Cadillac from any place, at anytime.

At the time of this writing, the myCadillac and OnStar MyLink apps work exclusively with iPhone and Android smart phones.

Visit iTunes to access the iPhone App Store and Google Marketplace for Android apps. Both stores offer search functions that make it easy to find, download and install these apps. While the apps themselves are provided free of charge, note that myCadillac requires the user to link their app to their own vehicle and OnStar MyLink requires the user to have access to an active OnStar subscription.

  • Roadside Assistance - The my Cadillac app pinpoints the exact location of your vehicle and provides one touch dialing to a roadside assistance agent. This agent can then provide immediate help for everything from vehicle lockouts to towing services.
  • Schedule Service - Scheduling your next oil change, tire rotation or other service has never been easier. Simply submit your request and it will be automatically forwarded to your preferred Cadillac Dealer. The Dealer will confirm the appointment promptly.
  • Parking Reminder - Know the status of your parking meter. With push notification alerts, you'll know when to fill your parking meter with more coins. And the myCadillac application is designed to work with GPS pinpointing and camera functions, to remind you of your meter's exact location.
  • Locate a Dealer - Contact your preferred Cadillac Dealership or locate Dealers in the United States by proximity. It provides the Dealer name, address, and phone number, and even pinpoints the Dealer's location on a map.
  • Current Offers - View current offers from Cadillac, based on the Cadillac model you select and your ZIP code.
  • Lights and Indicators - One-touch information and explanations for common warning lights, gauges and indicators.
  • Owner's Manual - Provided for all 2011 Cadillac models (except STS), the myCadillac app includes an electronic version of the owner's manual, which will allow them to quickly access and understand their Cadillac's Initial Drive Information, Instrument Panel, Vehicle Features, performance and maintenance requirements.
